REFUND POLICY

At Beauty and Royalty, the satisfaction of our customers is a priority. We invite you to carefully read our refund policy before making a purchase.

1. Physical products (cosmetics, printed cards, gift sets)

For reasons of hygiene and safety, all cosmetic products are final sales. No refunds or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

Opened, used, or altered product Customer’s wrong choice Change of mind after receiving the products.
Allergique reaction (we Always recommend a Prior skin test)

2. Digital products (digital cards, PDFs, audio meditations)

All digital products sold on the Beauté et Royauté website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This includes:
Digital declaration cards
Audio meditations
PDF files to download

3. Printed declaration cards
Printed cards are considered physical products.
They are non-refundable, except in case of error or damage during delivery (see section 1).

4. Delivery fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
In case of an approved refund, only the product amount will be refunded.

5. Refund processing time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
The refund will be made according to the original payment method.
